We use ordering software that is web-based off the UNFI web site ( http://www.unfi.com ). If you would like to join Crow's Station Club, send your name, address, phone number and the email address that you want to use on the account to crowstationcoop@kywimax.com and our coordinator, Mark de Araujo, will create an account for you. He'll respond with your user name and password. You can then log on and look at the types of products, etc.
The software is easy to use. (See UNFI software for detailed instructions). You can either order whole quantities on your personal list or put things on a split list that you and everyone else in the coop can see. Then if enough people want the item, it will be ordered.

copy of the UNFI paper catalog is also on line. It is useful for determining
when the next order is due and what things are on sale (See UNFI
software for instructions on how to find the catalog). The only tricky thing
about the catalog is that it lists everything that is available from any
warehouse. Our warehouse is Greenwood, Indiana so if you are looking in the
paper catalog, make sure that in the warehouse column there is a G or there is
no letter (meaning that the product is available from any warehouse)
The
ordering software will not let you order things that are not available from our
warehouse.
